• Chalmers Medal - awarded annually
• George Macdonald Medal - awarded triennially

Nominations must contain the following information about the nominee:

• name
• address
• relevant qualifications and academic distinctions
• career history
• publications
• recommendation (maximum 500 words)

Please note that only Fellows may make nominations for the medals.
