Thank you for your interest in booking the RSTMH Boardroom.
Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, Ground Floor, Office Suite 1, 21 John Street, London, WC1N 2BF, the home of RSTMH, is located just 10 minutes' walk from Russell Square, Farringdon and Chancery Lane underground stations.
Our boardroom can hold between 2 and 18 people. While you’re with us we’ll do all we can to provide what you need.

- Conference system for hybrid meetings.

- Power plugs
- Use of the RSTMH tea and coffee making facilities
- Access to office facilities and office kitchen, including fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
We also offer a private working space for 1-2 people, priced at £15 for 2 hours or £50 per day. The Koplus Duo is a soundproof booth with personalised lighting options and built-in charging points. It's an ideal solution for taking confidential meetings or as a space for focused work when visiting London.
