Research in Progress 2020

3 December 2020

This one-day meeting is designed specifically for early career investigators to present their unpublished research in progress to peers and senior experts in all fields of tropical medicine and global health.

  • Hear the latest research from early career researchers on a range of subjects in tropical medicine and global health.
  • Take part in one to one and group mentoring sessions with senior leaders in the sector*
  • Catch up with colleagues and meet new contacts in our virtual networking space.

Our keynote speaker is Dr Katharina Kranzer, Clinical Associate Professor in Infectious Disease Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Honorary Clinical Consultant Microbiologist at the University College London Hospital.

Sessions will be spaced out throughout the day with mentoring opportunities at the beginning and end to ensure those in different time zones can attend a session of their choice. All presentations will be recorded and available to view after the event to registered delegates.
