Nisreen has worked in the customer service sector for over 10 years and in the membership sector for over six years. She specialises in member journeys and joins RSTMH after working for the Charted Governance Institute as a membership service engagement manager and the Law Society prior to this.
Nisreen will strive to ensure that our members and Fellows are engaged and satisfied and that they feel supported throughout their journey with our society. She will be dedicated to finding new ways to improve the membership process and enhance the member experience.
