RSTMH's 2023 Annual Meeting is being held at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4RL, UK
Directions to the venue
Arriving by Bus
Route 98 comes via Oxford Street and terminates in Red Lion Square. Routes 19, 38, 55 and 243 pass by the Theobalds Road entrance to the Hall. Any bus to Holborn, Grays Inn Road or Southampton Row/Kingsway comes close to Conway Hall.
Arriving by Underground
Holborn Station (Central and Piccadilly lines) is approximately five minutes’ walk away. Also within reasonable walking distance are Chancery Lane (Central line) and Russell Square (Piccadilly line).
Arriving by Train and Coach
Farringdon, Euston, Waterloo & Waterloo East, Kings Cross and London’s Eurostar Terminal St. Pancras International are under 15 minutes journey from Conway Hall. See National Rail for more details and planning your journey. See Trainline for discounted tickets for trains and coaches.

Accommodation
Please note that each delegate is responsible for their own accommodation booking during the RSTMH Annual Meeting 2023. Registration fees cover attendance at the Annual Meeting for the two days which includes refreshments, lunch on both days and access to the reception on the 28th. Please note that registration fees do not cover any costs of travel, accommodation or visas which may be needed to attend the event, unfortunately RSTMH is unable to cover these costs. We would be delighted to write supporting visa letters for members and Fellows who have registered for the Annual meeting attending.
