RSTMH Research in Progress London is taking place on Thursday 5 December 2024.
Research in Progress London is designed specifically for early career investigators to present their unpublished research in progress to peers and senior experts in all fields of tropical medicine and global health. Lunch and refreshments will be provided, along with opportunities to network. Certificates of attendance will be provided.
We will also be running guidance sessions on:
- How to get funding
- How to get published
- How to communicate your research.
London Research in Progress Abstract Submission
Students and early career researchers or professionals are invited to submit abstracts to present their unpublished research through a poster or oral presentation at the in person RSTMH Research in Progress meeting on Thursday 5th December 2024, in London. RSTMH is particularly seeking abstracts from early career scientists and clinicians with a priority given to research on any area of Tropical Medicine and Global Health.
As this is an in-person event only, we ask that all those that submit an abstract are able to support themselves to travel to London. Abstracts can be on any area of tropical medicine or global health.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is Tuesday 8 October 2024, at 5pm BST. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
We regret that due to the number of applications we expect to receive, we are unfortunately not able to provide detailed feedback to applicants who are unsuccessful.
