Exclusive use of our office space for RSTMH members
We are now offering our meeting and office facilities for our members and partners to use.
As a charity, we are making these available to our friends for a suggested donation.
The Space
RSTMH is located on John Street at its intersection with Doughty Mews, just south of Coram’s Fields. The area is well connected as nearby stations include Holborn, Russell Square, and King’s Cross St. Pancras.
Our offices are very well connected to the rest of London and beyond, so we hope they will be a very useful place for you to have meetings or catch up on your work while you’re visiting London.
The space is comfortable and you will also have the opportunity to catch up with the RSTMH team.
Our meeting rooms can hold between four and 20 people. While you’re with us we’ll do all we can to provide what you need, including the use of our stationery, crockery, and cutlery
Room hire suggested donation
You can use our spaces by the hour, day or week. Our suggested donations are below:
RSTMH Board room: Capacity 20
Daytime Hour rate (9-5:00pm) £30,
Evening / early morning (6am-9am, 5;00pm-10pm) £35
Key items included in the room:
Internet access with Wi-Fi
- Projector and screen
- Natural light
- Air conditioning
- Tea and coffee
- Access to building facilities and office kitchen, including fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
Other suggested donations
- Flipchart, pad and pens: £20 per day
- Conference phone facilities (prices on request)
